Laura Cobb, a fourth-grade teacher at Mill Creek Elementary, fields a question about South America from Anna Aardal, 9, during an in-class social studies assignment Monday morning in Williamsburg. Cobb was honored as a Fulbright Teacher and will teach in Scotland in the fall. A fourth-grade teacher from Scotland will be coming to teach Cobb's class at Mill Creek.
