Don't give up the fight

In regards to the "Prosecutor waits for ruling" article of Oct. 18, I applaud Grand Traverse County Prosecutor Alan Schneider for his diligence.

I have yet to hear anyone, including the Record-Eagle, call this act by Meijer what it truly is: treason. Any act of attempting to overthrow a citizen-elected government is treason, no ifs, ands, or buts.

The Meijer top brass who facilitated these crimes need to be punished. Plain and simple, Meijer tried to overthrow a citizen-elected government (Acme Township).

Dear reader, can you comprehend the seriousness of this?

Thus far, Meijer has gotten off easy with a hand-slap.

Why? Perhaps Attorney General Mike Cox and Secretary of State Terry Lynn Land are in Meijer's back pocket, so to speak.

This is what can happen when we as a citizenery allow corporate America to dictate (buy) elected government representatives.

So, thank you again Mr. Schneider for doing your job and please do not give up the fight.
