Hyperactivity dangerous
Hope and change? I hope Obama will change into a leader.
He has failed to lead in almost every aspect of his presidency to date, especially national security.
From his wishy-washy stand on CIA investigations to his knee-jerk and poorly-thought-out decision to close Guantanamo to his ignoring General McCrystal's plea to send more troops ASAP to Afghanistan, his lack of leadership is apparent and appalling.
In 2007, he voted against the successful troop surge in Iraq.
Instead of learning from that success, he is dragging his feet and denying our soldiers the backup they require. Government-run health care, cap and trade, appointing unfit czars, taking over private industry, appearing on the late-night talk shows, going on $25,000 dates with his wife, and traveling the world are all fun and exciting, but if we lose Afghanistan, then there is a real possibility that Pakistan (a nuclear power) will fall into the hands of terrorists.
It's time for Obama to stop with the childish jumping from one thing to the other and trying to do 80 different things at once.
Hyperactivity is not leadership -- it's dangerous and his lack of leadership is directly responsible for our soldiers' blood in Afghanistan.
