Busy weekend in TC, but no trouble

TRAVERSE CITY — The Winter Microbrew & Music Festival went off "without a hitch," police said.

The Saturday night event, held where the downtown farmer's market is during warmer months, didn't lead to any arrests, Traverse City Police Capt. Brian Heffner said.

Heffner said the weekend was quiet overall, despite three major events — Vasa ski races, AMSOIL Snocross snowmobile races and the brewfest — in and around Traverse City.
