Coming Friday: Verdict likely will send man to prison for rest of life

TRAVERSE CITY — Jurors took five hours to deliver a verdict that likely will send a Rapid City man to prison for the rest of his life.

Ryan Lowell Bailey, 30, was found guilty on four counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. Grand Traverse County Chief Assistant Prosecutor Noelle Moeggenberg said three of Bailey's female relatives testified he sexually assaulted them between 2002 and 2008.

"It was one niece and (the) other two great-nieces," Moeggenberg said. They are now ages 17, 19 and 19.
