Arrest made in Honor Historical Society theft

BEULAH — Authorities arrested a Copemish man after they said he stole $600 from the Honor Historical Society and tickets to the Coho Festival from an unlocked vehicle.

Sky Luke Stroh, 29, faces felony charges in connection to the April 6 theft. He is also a habitual offender.

Benzie County sheriff’s Detective Sgt. Troy Lamerson said investigators served a search warrant in Manistee County and recovered some of the stolen property after a witness recognized Stroh working at a local business.

Stroh was released Monday after posting his $500 bond.
