Stabbing suspect ID'd

TRAVERSE CITY — Authorities released the name of Traverse City man they said stabbed another man at a Long Lake Township mobile home park.

Clifton Lamar Humphrey, 36, was arrested about four hours after an early Saturday morning altercation with a 21-year-old man in the 7100 block of Cherry Lane Drive in Suburban Estates Mobile Home park. Humphrey drove away after authorities said he stabbed the victim in the abdomen and leg.

The victim was treated at Munson Medical Center.

No information on charges or an arraignment was available Monday.
