Cherryland plans solar project meeting

TRAVERSE CITY — Cherryland Electric Cooperative will hold an informational meeting about its plan to let community members lease parts of a proposed 80-panel solar array.

The meeting, scheduled for April 16 at 6 p.m., will be held at the cooperative’s Grawn office.

It will included information about costs, available rebates, output predictions, revenue expectations and contract details for individuals interested in leasing solar panels.
