Reader identifies women in photo

Suzanne Robertson identified the two woman pictured in the History Center of Traverse City archive photo that appeared in the Community section on Monday, Sept. 3

Robertson said the woman on the right is her mother, Helen (Cram) Burd-Lake-Charavay, who lived in Williamsburg before moving to Nevada. The woman holding the baby is her sister, Carolyn (Burd) Seeley. She was unsure of the baby, but thought it might be her sister's oldest daughter.

History Center of Traverse City archive photos that appear in the Record-Eagle can be found online at www.record-eagle.com/history.
