Men in aprons identified

---- — Ken Stricker and LaVonne Groesser identified the two men pictured in the Feb. 6 History Center of Traverse City photograph.

Ken Stricker said the man on the left is his uncle, Barney Stricker. He identified the other man as Butch Rufli. Stricker said his uncle's parents, Mike and Edna, owned a meat market on Union Street.

LaVonne Groesser also recognized the two men in the photo. She said Mike "Butch" Rufli Jr. was her brother-in-law. She also identified Barney Stricker. Groesser recalled that Mike Rufli Sr. owned a meat market on Union Street.
