The family-friendly event will be held from 5:30-8 p.m., with music by the Ben Pervier bluegrass duo from 6-8 p.m. Admission is a suggested donation of $10 to benefit TART Trails' snow clearing initiative along the trails. Wine, hard cider and Northwoods Soda will be available to purchase, along with items from the winery's menu.
TRAVERSE CITY — Charlotte Sanger will facilitate a study of the book "Oneness" starting Wednesday, Jan. 15.
Sanger considers the book a good road map for transformation or consciousness raising. She will be at Horizon Books, 243 E. Front St., at 3 p.m. for anyone who wishes to participate in the study group. There is no charge, however Sanger will accept donations to cover travel expenses.

TRAVERSE CITY — Grace Episcopal Church will offer Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University program.
The nine-week course will meet from 6:30-8 p.m. Thursdays, Jan. 23-March 20, at the church, 341 Washington St. The program offers practical teachings on getting out of debt, managing money, spending and saving wisely and planning for the future. It includes video teaching by Ramsey, class discussions and small group activities. Child care will be available.
