KALKASKA — The Friends of the Kalkaska County Library will hold a two-day Christmas Cookie Sale.
Sale hours are 8:30 a.m.-4:30 pm. Dec. 6, and 9 a.m.-noon Dec. 7, at the library, 247 S. Cedar. Cookies are $4 a dozen. Some items may be individually priced. For details, call 384-6032.
TRAVERSE CITY — Unity of Traverse City will hold its annual cookie sale from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Dec. 7, at the church, 3600 Five Mile Road. Cookies are $7 per pound. For details, email Evelyne Verret, email@example.com.
INTERLOCHEN — The Katharine Guild at Redeemer Lutheran Church will host its 14th annual Cookie Walk on Dec. 7.
The event will be held from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the church, Rogers Road and U.S. 31. Homemade cookies will be sold for $7 a pound. There also will be a silent auction and a kids-only gift shop where children may purchase gifts for their parents. Proceeds benefit the Katharine Guild’s ministries and community projects.
TRAVERSE CITY — The Old Mission Women’s Club will hold its 18th annual Christmas Cookie Sale on Dec. 7.
Sale hours are 8 a.m.-1 p.m. at Peninsula Fire Station No. 2, 8150 Center Road. Homebaked cookies are $7 per pound and come in hand-decorated containers. There also will be free coffee and harp music by Sharon Olson.
SUTTONS BAY — The Suttons Bay Bingham Friendship Community Center’s Cookie Extravaganza will be held from noon-3 p.m. Dec. 8, at the community center.
Shoppers can mix and match to create their own assortment. Cookies are $7 per pound. Proceeds benefit the community center and its activities. Call Mary Bush, 271-4404.
TRAVERSE CITY — More than 25 varieties of cookies from “Old World” recipes will be featured at Trinity Lutheran Church’s 15th annual Christmas Cookie Sale.
The sale will take place from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Dec. 14, at the church, 1003 S. Maple St. Variety packs and German Christmas Stollen also will be available. Free coffee and sample cookies will be offered to shoppers who arrive prior to the sale opening.
TRAVERSE CITY — Northern Michigan Cultural Center and White Tiger Martial Arts will hold an International Christmas Cookie Walk on Dec. 14.
Cookies from around the world will be sold from 1-4 p.m. at White Tiger’s new location, 1238 S. Garfield Ave. Shoppers can mix and match varieties for $6 a pound. Proceeds benefit Northern Michigan Cultural Center’s Shaolin Project. Call Jyl Gaskin, 267-5722, to learn more.
TRAVERSE CITY — The Presbyterian Women’s Association at The Presbyterian Church’s Holiday Cookie Walk features a medley of homemade holiday cookies, bread and candies.
The event will be open from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., or while supplies last, on Dec. 14, at the church, 701 Westminster Road. Cookies are $7 per pound. Candies and breads are individually priced.
