Grow Benzie Kitchen to host wellness dinner

BEULAH — Want to see what healthy food should taste like?

Grow Benzie Kitchen will host a wellness dinner Aug. 15 from 6-8 p.m. where spectators will hear from Abby Beale, a nutritional therapist in training. Attendees will get a chance to taste a few courses of tasty and healthy food.

Ann Sinclair of CulinaryRx also will be on hand to answer questions about the medical aspects of foods and how they interact with body systems.

It costs $15 to participate in the dinner and reservations for the event can be made by calling 352-7463.
