Noga signs book
TRAVERSE CITY — Local author Cari Noga will sign copies of her new book, “Sparrow Migrations,” at Horizon Books, 243 E. Front St., on Saturday, April 20, from 4 to 6 p.m.
The novel addresses autism and hope through three intertwining storylines — a couple struggling with infertility, a lesbian couple coming out of the closet and an autistic boy for which “The Miracle on the Hudson” plane crash is the catalyst for his first real-world relationships. TRAVERSE CITY — Youth nights for middle and high school students continue tonight, April 17, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 1050 Peninsula Dr.
The get-together starts with a pizza and salad dinner at 6 p.m., followed by a movie at 6:30 p.m. and discussion. All youth are welcome.
