Readers provide info on historical photo

Historical photo information, provided by readers, for the March 25 image: Ron Buller identified the group as a Dance Class at Central High School, 1943. The couple on the left include Barbara Davis (looking at camera) and Norman Wargen (looking at Barbara). On the extreme right are Lea Culman and Bud Savage.

Information provided for the April 8 photo, copied above: the man in the lower right had corner of the picture could be Doug Linder who owned the Linder Tire Co. near the Park Place Hotel and was very active in the community.

From another source: It might be of interest that I believe the fifth gent down the left side of the table in the dark suit is R-E editor Jay Smith, who had a popular column on the local scene called “The Observer.”
