Glen Haven Days
EMPIRE — Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore will offer Glen Havens Days to the public for the first time on Saturday. In the past, the program has been offered to school groups only.

From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. visitors can join park rangers and volunteers in hands-on activities related to Michigan’s maritime heritage at the historic village and life-saving station. The program is free, but a park entrance pass is required. For details, visit www.nps.gov/slbe.
