EMPIRE — The Empire Lions Club will hold its annual Chicken Barbeque Dinner on Saturday, July 20, as part of the Empire Anchor Days celebration.
The meal will be served from 2 to 8 p.m. at the Empire Town Hall. Take-outs are available. The meal includes half a chicken, side dishes and strawberry shortcake. The cost is $12 for an adult portion; $6 for a child-sized portion for children ages 9 and younger. Proceeds support local Lions Club projects.
