Book on love
TRAVERSE CITY — Authors Richard and Dede Brown have written "The LoveTeam Game Plan: How a Living Couple Can Think, Speak and Act Like a Team" just in time for Valentine's Day.
According to the authors, most "committed couples are in need of a new approach for their relationship. Fully 95 percent of couples say they aren't as happy after 10 years of marriage, and about 50 percent of marriages end in divorce. The National Safety Council reports that over 90 percent of couples get divorced after a child drowning tragedy."
The Browns are parents and grandparents who make their home in Arizona. Richard holds a bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University and formerly taught business and served as an administrator, in addition to having owned several successful small businesses including some motels in Sault Ste. Marie. Over the years he has coached or played on more than 70 athletic teams, as well as many other types of teams. Dede has also been on many teams, in a variety of forms, as a nurse and homemaker. They are frequent visitors to Traverse City, where their daughter lives.
This book is available from most ebook and print retailers, or from the authors' website, LoveTeamGamePlan.com.
