TRAVERSE CITY — The 4One Quartet headlines the entertainment for St. Michael’s Lutheran Church’s Oktoberfest.

The event will be hosted 3-7 p.m. Saturday under a tent at the church, 912 S. Garfield Ave. In addition to music, there will be a meal and children’s activities. Advance tickets are $10 for adults, $6 for children and $30 for families. Tickets the day of the event are $12 for adults, $6 for children and $35 for families. Gopherwood show

CADILLAC — Gopherwood Concerts will kick off its 30th season Saturday with a concert by Rachael Davis and Seth Bernard and May Erlewine at the Cadillac Elks, 122 S. Mitchell St.

Advance tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students at Toy Town, 122 S. Mitchell St., and the After 26 Depot Cafe, 127 Cass St. Tickets at the door are $12 for adults and $6 for students. Bark for Life

TRAVERSE CITY — The Grand Traverse County Bark for Life Mini-Relay on Saturday will benefit the American Cancer Society.

Humans and their canine companions are invited to “take a bite out of cancer” from noon-4 p.m. at the Grand Traverse County Civic Center.
