TRAVERSE CITY — Pleasanton Brick Oven Bakery is offering a Natural Leavening workshop for the home baker on Jan. 5 from 5 to 8 p.m.
Beginning with Pleasanton's "mother," participants learn to mix, shape, proof and bake naturally leavened breads in their own kitchens.
Besides new skills, those who attend take home warm loaves and enough Pleasanton "mother" to get started at home.
