EAST JORDAN — A pumpkin pie contest is part of the Saturday, Oct. 19, East Jordan Pumpkin Festival.
Registration and pie drop off is from 2-2:30 p.m. at Memorial Park, with judging from 2:30-2:45 p.m.
Winners will be announced at 3 p.m. in the bandshell.

CADILLAC — Revival Center Church is hosting its Fall Kidz Fest early this year.
Activities will be held from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, at the church, 984 Plett Road.
Attendees are encouraged to dress like scarecrows to enjoy carnival games, cake walks, hay rides, and more.

BENZONIA — The Benzie Area Symphony Orchestra will present a concert on Sunday, Oct. 20, featuring local players, local high school singers and local composers.
The concert starts at 4 p.m. in the Benzie Central High School auditorium on Homestead Road.
Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for senior citizens and students 12 and older, and free for children 11 and younger.
