Get a taste of Scandinavia

FROM STAFF REPORTS

FRANKFORT -- Got a hankering for a taste of Scandinavia?

Trinity Lutheran Church, 955 James St. in Frankfort, will serve Norwegian meatballs, apple salad and a variety of Scandinavian desserts at its Scandinavian luncheon and bazaar Nov. 21.

The meatballs are from a family recipe handed down from generations and the apple salad is anticipated each year. The church women prepare the desserts both for eating during the meal and for the bake sale.

Proceeds from the meal will help local charities, including Benzie Area Christian Neighbors and Habitat for Humanity.

The luncheon and bazaar run from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.; for more information, call 352-7521.
