Recipe of the Week: Shortcake Biscuits

Betty A. McWilliams of Dowagiac passes along this seasonal recipe. She says the biscuits are "delicious, light and fluffy. All my friends have this favorite recipe. It was my husband's mother's and passed down."

Grandma McWilliams' Shortcake Biscuits

2 c. flour

1/3 c. sugar

3 t. baking powder

1/2 t. salt

1/2 c. Crisco
