10th annual Regional High School Art Competition and Exhibit, beginning March 7 in the Arts and Sciences Center at West Shore Community College, Scottville. Artist reception March 15, 1 to 3 p.m. (awards presentation at 2 p.m.) in the Center Stage Theater. Student artwork will be displayed through March 27.
"The King and I", A cast and crew of 65 Suttons Bay Public School students from 3rd to 12th grades will be presenting Rodgers and Hammerstein's musical March 14 and 15 at 7 p.m. and March 16 at 2 p.m. in the Suttons Bay High School auditorium. Michigan Dance Collective project, The Crystal Lake Art Center with the Michigan Dance Collective presents performances from the dance and visual arts residency project in Benzie County schools. The final performance for Frankfort Elementary will be at 2 p.m. March 20 in the elementary school gym; for Benzie Central classes at 7 p.m. March 26 at the Benzie Central High School auditorium.
