January 12, 2009 12:00 am Air Force Airman Eleisiya Arocha has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. Arocha is the daughter of Dawn Ostrom of Interlochen. She is a 2008 graduate of Traverse City West Senior High School.
