Music and coffee

TRAVERSE CITY — Biggby Coffee, 1535 S. Division, will host music by Spirit Mode.

Dan Davis and Derrick Hall perform music with a soul/spiritual vibe. They will play from 6-8 p.m. on Friday.

Spaghetti dinner

WILLIAMSBURG — The Whitewater Emergency Services Auxiliary will host a spaghetti dinner from 4-8 p.m. Saturday.

The meal will be hosted at Williamsburg United Methodist Church, 5750 Williamsburg Road. Prices at the door are $8 for adults and $5 for children. Door prizes will be awarded.

Country dance

CADILLAC — An old-time country dance will feature live music by the Fonda Starr Band.

The dance will be hosted 6:30-9:30 p.m. Saturday at 9116 E. 13th St., next to Kiley Chiropractic. Donations will be accepted and free dance instruction will be provided. For details, call 920-8389.

The Constitution

WILLIAMSBURG — The Constitution Celebration, commemorating the signing and ratification of the Constitution 226 years ago, will be hosted Sunday at the Williamsburg Dinner Theater.

The free event will be held from 1-5 p.m. with four contests, recognition of veterans and local citizens, children’s activities and patriotic music. A “Founding Father and Mother Fund-raising Dinner” will start at 5:30 p.m., with a program by guest speaker Norman R. Hughes, who served in three senior policy positions in the Reagan Administration. Tickets for the meal are required.

Pooch-A-Palooza

TRAVERSE CITY — Pine Cone Farm, 7246 E. Harry’s Road, will host Pooch-a-Palooza on Sunday.

The event will be hosted from 1-3 p.m. and includes games, refreshments and a pet parade with prizes. For details, call 944-6520.

Classic rock

PESHAWBESTOWN — Classic Rock Experience featuring Midnight Special will perform at 9 p.m. Saturday, in the Sands Showroom at Leelanau Sands Casino and Lodge. The doors open at 8:30 p.m.
