Jennifer Young — Eric Brink

Jennifer Leigh-Harris Young and Eric James Brink are engaged and planning a June 21, 2014, wedding on the Old Mission Peninsula.

Jennifer is the daughter of Linda Young, the late Gregory Young, and stepfather Kevin Shutler, all of Traverse City. She graduated from Traverse City Central High School, received a bachelor of science degree in psychology from Grand Valley State University and a master of arts degree in counseling psychology from Western Michigan University. She is employed as a counseling psychologist working for a private agency out of Grand Rapids.

Eric is the son of James and Marjorie Brink of Kentwood, Mich. He graduated from East Kentwood High School and attended Grand Rapids Community College. Eric now works as an electrician for Circuit Electric out of Byron Center.
