The program is funded by the Department of Labor and administered by the NW Michigan Council of Governments, TBAISD, and NW Michigan WORKS!

The meeting will start at 10 a.m. in suite A of the Briny Building, 50 Filer St., to discuss the program and distribute applications. Details and applications are available at the Manistee NW Michigan WORKS! Service Center, by calling 887-4448, or at http://www.nwm.org/youthbuild.asp.
