Debbie McKeon to leave NorthSky

TRAVERSE CITY — The first executive director of the NorthSky Nonprofit Network will leave her post Dec. 3.

Deb McKeon has accepted a position as senior vice president of membership services for the Council of Michigan Foundations. McKeon has been with NorthSky for six years, building it into a management support program for nonprofits across northern Michigan.

A transition plan is being developed and will be implemented using the skills and expertise of consultants in the NorthSky Network. Specific plans will be announced soon.

Meanwhile, questions regarding the transition may be directed to Marsha Smith, executive director, Rotary Charities of Traverse City, msmith@rotarycharities.org,
