Kara Mahoney and Gwen Perenchio have new positions at TBA Credit Union. Mahoney was promoted to member service specialist. Perenchio transitioned to phone operator.

Trisha Short joined Mental Wellness Counseling as a counselor working with parents, families and young children. She is accepting new clients and can be reached at or (231) 929-2600.

Kelly Junga joined Sagemark Consulting as a practice manager. She has worked in the financial services industry for seven years. Sagemark Consulting is a division of Lincoln Financial Advisors Corp.

Wendy Gauthier and Wendy Roberts of Traverse City received scholarships from the Foundation of International Association of Administrative Professionals to attend the 2014 Education Forum and Annual Meeting for administrative professionals.

Melzar Coulter joined Otwell Mawby engineering firm as a geotechnical and environmental engineer. He has worked in the engineering industry for more than 10 years.

Helen Cullen, Ashley Smith and Nicole Sanford received $500 scholarships from TBA Credit Union. Awards went to children or grandchildren of Michigan Education Association current or retired members. Recipients were selected based on school achievement, community service history and essay question responses.
