Busch buys CenterPointe building

TRAVERSE CITY – A prominent commercial property on M-22 sold to Steven Busch of the Busch beer family.

The sale of the CenterPointe building, 12935 S. West Bay Shore Drive, closed May 30. It was listed for $6.95 million.

“It’s a positive for the area,” said real estate agent Vicky Oltersdorf. “We have a wonderful family and person that bought the building. That will be an asset to the area.”
