Kay's is open again in Traverse

TRAVERSE CITY — Kay’s women’s fashion boutique in downtown Traverse City has reopened under new ownership.

Cynthia Glines, a longtime Traverse City resident and retired physician, has purchased the store. Manager Suzanne Hendry and the store staff remain under the new ownership.

Kay Jerome, who owned the store for 29 years, retired in late 2012. The store was closed for remodeling before it recently reopened.
