-- Cindy Klingler has been appointed to the position of private banker for National City's Traverse City, Petoskey, Onekama, Manistee and Ludington markets. Klingler brings with her 31 years of banking experience, most recently serving as a branch manager and private banking officer at Irwin Union Bank.

-- Owen Roberts has been named director of finance for the City of Cadillac. Roberts was named acting director of finance in December following the retirement of Dale Walker.

-- Andrea Lindell has joined Laser Printer Technologies in Traverse City as a sales representative specializing in remanufactured and OEM toner and ink sales.

-- Beth McCardel has joined Peterson McGregor & Associates as an account manager servicing commercial lines customers.

McCardel brings 22 years of experience along with her designations as a chartered property casualty underwriter, certified insurance counselor and certified insurance service representative.
