Businesses are springing up in the former train depot off Eighth Street and Woodmere Avenue in Traverse City. Urban Diversions, an antiques, furniture and architectural elements store, has opened next to Station Coffee and E-Company electric cars. Eurostop Cafe Deli, Grand Trunk Theatre and Skegemog Gardens are also nearby.
