EAST LANSING — Scott Hebert fired a final-round 67 to post a comeback win in the Michigan PGA Professional Championship.
Hebert, head golf professional at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa in Acme, fired a total 203 (-13) over the three-round tournament that concluded Wednesday at Eagle Eye Golf Club. That was good for a five-shot victory over runner-up Eric Dovre of Detroit Golf Club, who held a two stroke lead over Hebert entering the final round.
The win is Hebert's fifth Michigan PGA championship title. See Thursday's Record-Eagle for more on the story.
