TRAVERSE CITY — Performance Chiropractic will offer two programs on health during March.
Dr. Julie Brons will explore the world of nutrition in a program titled “Feeding Your Body” at 6:15 p.m. Monday, March 4.
Dr. Don Piche will present “Creating Health” at 6:15 p.m. Monday, March 18. The program will focus on ways to promote health and reverse disease processes.
Both programs are free and will be held at Performance Chiropractic, 551 S. Garfield Ave., suite B.

TRAVERSE CITY — A 13-week GriefShare series will be offered Tuesdays starting March 5 by Faith Reformed Church.
The group is for adults dealing with the death of a loved one. It will meet from 6 to 8:30 p.m. in the Corner Building at the northeast corner of South Garfield Avenue and East Front Street.
A $12 donation is suggested to cover the cost of the workbook.

TRAVERSE CITY — Captains Daren and Roxanne Spencer from the Salvation Army will give the message at the Thursday, March 7, Lenten Luncheon.
The soup and salad meal will start at 11:30 a.m., followed by music at noon and the message from 12:30 to 1 p.m. at The Presbyterian Church, 701 Westminster.
A $3 donation is suggested for the meal and proceeds benefit local missions.
The luncheon is open to both men and women and is sponsored by Church Women United; call 938-1387.
TRAVERSE CITY — The weather may be frightful, but the flavors will be delightful at the “Taste of Summer” benefit for Munson Hospice.
Moomer’s, 7263 N. Long Lake Road, will host the gourmet ice cream sundae bar from noon to 9 p.m. Saturday, March 9. Sundaes are $7.50 for adults and $5 for children.

TRAVERSE CITY — Marilyn Wares will introduce the tranquility lap harp in a class on Sunday, March 10.
The free class will meet from 1:30 to 3 p.m. No musical experience is needed and harps will be furnished for the class. Registration is required.
