Exhibit continues

TRAVERSE CITY — You’ve only got one week left to see the History Center of Traverse City’s exhibit “Legends of the Grand Traverse City Region 2014.”

The exhibit honors two new legends in the museum’s collection, Father Fred, founder of the Father Fred Foundation and Roy and Ellen Brigman and the Camp Roy-El family. The Brigmans founded Camp Roy-El, an inclusive camp for children with disabilities.

The exhibit ends April 12 with a gathering for camp alumni to reminisce from 1-4 p.m. The museum, located at 322 Sixth St. in Traverse City, is open Wednesdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call the museum at 995-0313.

Cargivers progam

TRAVERSE CITY — Janis Duwe of JGD Counseling will give a free program for anyone who is losing a loved one to dementia.

“Loving Someone Who Has Dementia” starts at 2 p.m. April 10 in Hawthorn Cottage at the Grand Traverse Pavilions off South Elmwood Avenue. Lenten services

TRAVERSE CITY — Lenten services continue on Wednesdays through April 16 at Old Mission Peninsula United Methodist Church.

Services start at 6 p.m. at the church, 16426 Center Road, and will be followed by a soup and bread supper at 6:30 p.m. For details, call 223-4393.

Senior Health Fair

TRAVERSE CITY — The Village at Bay Ridge will sponsor its seventh annual Senior Health Fair on April 10.

Fair hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Vendors will share tips for healthy living and many booths will be interactive. Admission is free. Lunch will be available to purchase. Bay Ridge is at 3950 Scenic Ridge, off Silver Lake Road. Call 932-9455 to learn more.

Friday fish dinner

ACME — Knights of Columbus Council #9979 of Christ the King Church, 3801 Shore Road, is hosting fish dinners Fridays during Lent, excluding Good Friday.
