Cherry Connection: Bringing Together Festival, Farm and Fruit
Join Michigan State University Extension at 100-acre research farm in Leelanau County. Guided orchard tours, kids events, exhibits and samples of cherry products. Cherry Connection Shuttle picks up and drops off on the west side of the Traverse City Visitor’s Center on Garland Street every half hour from 9:30 a.m. until noon. At Northwest Michigan Horticultural Research Center, 6686 S. Center Highway.

Health By The Bay
Local businesses teach how to get fit with area gyms, exercise classes and fun activities. Health experts will offer tips.
