9 a.m.

Four-Person Beach Volleyball Tournament

Sign in 8:15 a.m.-8:30 a.m., play begins promptly at 9:00 a.m. Traverse City West End Park Beach Volleyball Courts on Grandview Parkway.

10 a.m.

Arts and Crafts Fair

More than 100 artists from across the Midwest. Purchase unique, local, hand-crafted items and art from until 7 p.m. Union Street between Grandview Parkway and State Street.

Festival Souvenir Tent

Festival Open Space Marketplace at Grandview Parkway and Union Street.

Cherry Pie Bike Ride

Free 10-mile bike ride along the TART trail. Register at 9:30 a.m. Starts at Marina Drive in the Open Space.

Million Dollar Hole-In-One Golf Contest

Bay Meadows Golf Course; 5550 Bay Meadows Drive.

11 a.m.

Kids Arts and Crafts

Free for kids ages 4-12. First come first accommodated. Neighborhood parking available. Event runs from until 2 p.m. F&M Park at 201 Railroad Ave.

Old Town Classic Vehicle Show

Cars, trucks, tractors and motorcycles. Hundreds of show-condition collector vehicles will be featured with three judging classes. Register between 8-11:30 a.m. Vehicles on display until 3 p.m. Union and Sixth streets in Old Town.

12 p.m.

Beer Tent

Open from noon-11 p.m. each day. Must be 21 years or older to enter. Festival Open Space Park North at Grandview Parkway and Union Street.

1 p.m.

Very Cherry Demo with Michelle White

Michelle White shows how to infuse the healthy benefits of cherries into meals. Lay's Cherry Blast Stage; Festival Open Space Park Central at the corner of Union Street and Grandview Parkway.

3 p.m.


For ages 18 and up. Runs until 9 p.m. Festival Open Space Park East at Grandview Parkway and Union Street.

3:30 p.m.

Kids Cherry Teddy Bear Tea

Kids bring a bear and blanket for story telling, a craft and afternoon tea party. Runs until 5 p.m. F&M Park, 201 Railroad Ave.

6 p.m.

Family Sand Sculpture Contest

For families and groups ages 13 and up. Only items found on the beach may be used, with the exception of food coloring. Register on site. No fee. Senior Center Beach, 801 E. Front Street.

Montgomery Gentry & The Kari Lynch Band

Bay Side Music Stage. Tickets range from $17.50 to $35.
